What is Duo D’Essence?
Duo D’Essence is an independent fragrance decant retailer offering carefully curated niche, luxury designer, private collection, and Middle Eastern fragrances in convenient decant sizes.
Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes. Our fragrances are independently decanted from authentic, originally manufactured fragrance bottles into Duo D’Essence atomizers.
Are you affiliated with the fragrance brands?
No. Duo D’Essence is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by the fragrance brands we offer.
Fragrance Decants
What is a fragrance decant?
A decant is a smaller amount of fragrance transferred from an original full-size bottle into a convenient atomizer, allowing you to experience the fragrance without purchasing the full bottle.
What decant sizes do you offer?
We currently offer 2 mL, 3 mL, 5 mL, and 10 mL sizes.
How many sprays does each size provide?
Approximate spray counts are:
- 2 mL — 24 sprays
- 3 mL — 36 sprays
- 5 mL — 60 sprays
- 10 mL — 120 sprays
Spray counts are approximate and can vary depending on the atomizer and application.
Can I try a fragrance before buying a larger size?
Absolutely. Our smaller decants are designed specifically for discovering and experiencing fragrances before committing to a larger size or full bottle.
Orders & Shipping
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes. Every order is shipped with tracking, regardless of order value or decant size.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your package.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has been prepared or shipped.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange a fragrance?
Due to the nature of fragrance decants, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or delivered.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product. We’ll review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
What if I don't like the fragrance?
Fragrance is personal, so we cannot offer refunds based on scent preference. We recommend starting with a smaller decant when trying something new.

What is the difference between niche and designer fragrances?
Designer fragrances are generally created by established fashion and luxury houses, while niche fragrances often focus more specifically on perfumery, distinctive compositions, and artistic expression.
Are your fragrances for men or women?
Our collection includes unisex fragrances as well as scents traditionally marketed toward men or women. Each product page identifies the fragrance's intended classification where applicable.

Fragrance notes and scent information are provided on individual product pages whenever available.
Do the fragrances come in their original bottles?
No. Duo D’Essence sells decants, not the original full-size fragrance bottles. The fragrance is independently transferred into Duo D’Essence decant atomizers.
Are the decant bottles travel-friendly?
Yes. Our decants are designed to provide a convenient way to carry and experience your favorite fragrances on the go.
