Returns & exchanges

Due to the personal-use nature of fragrance decants, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or delivered.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or contains the wrong fragrance or size, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Order changes & cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Requests may not be possible once your order has been prepared or shipped.

Fragrance preferences

Fragrance is highly personal.  We cannot offer refunds because you do not like a fragrance or it smells different than expected. We recommend starting with a smaller decant size to discover a fragrance before purchasing a larger size.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by your payment provider.
