U.S. Shipping Only

At launch, Duo D’Essence ships within the United States only. International shipping is not currently available, but additional countries and markets may be added in the future.

Free shipping on orders $75+

Enjoy free tracked shipping on all U.S. orders of $75 or more.

Orders below $75 will be charged the applicable shipping rate at checkout.

Tracked shipping

All Duo D’Essence orders are shipped with tracking, regardless of order value or decant size. We do not offer untracked shipping.

Processing & preparation

Each fragrance decant is carefully hand-filled and prepared before shipment. Processing time may vary depending on order volume.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package from shipment to delivery.

Delivery delays

Duo D’Essence is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
